First Visit (Upper or Lower Arch)
With Provisional Teeth – we need a minimum of 3 working days
We will do a CT scan which is a three dimensional scan in order to see if you have enough bone, and also to check the health of your remaining teeth and gums. Depending on the planning, surgery will be with either surgical guide or navigated. If it is with a computer guide, we will start surgery the following day, if it is not, we are able to start surgery on the same day.
We will start surgery with:
- Extracting your damaged teeth using a PRGF (plasma rich in growth factor) we use your own blood to create plasma making your heal faster and more comfortable.
- We will then place the implants in the same moment. This technique is called immediate implant placing.
- We will take impressions with an intraoral scan so that the lab can start working on your temporary teeth. This will be ready on the same day or the following day at the latest.
- Later that day or on the following day we will place your temporary teeth which are fixed and made of PMMA material. This is called immediate loading
First Payment :
£5,400 for one full arch
Second Visit (Upper or Lower Arch)
Minimum of 5 working days
3-6 months after surgery you can come back for your final smile. We will check your dental implants to confirm everything is as expected. We will place the final prosthesis then make any adjustments that are necessary and take digital impressions with our intraoral scan so we can produce final teeth using Digital Smile Design.
We use 2 different types of material either zirconia or peek-composite:
Zirconia is 100% biocompatible and a very resistant material, still in perfect condition even after 50 years. If possible, it is the best option for a full mouth restoration. It’s metal free so it does not have dark borders and no allergy reaction has been reported in the last 10 years. In addition to these characteristics, still has great translucent properties just like natural teeth, making this material of very high quality and aesthetically pleasant.
The Zirconia Option:
Peek is a more elastic material and similar to bone. It is a more affordable option, in this we will do an all on four system. It is also 100% biocompatible and metal free. It is not recommended for bruxism cases, it is not as hard as zirconium and it is recommended only in cases with less bone density.
The Peek Option:
